Prince Buster FABulous greatest hits LP MS1

I am not a record dealer, I am just selling my own record collection so I'm not sure of the correct terms when selling records but this record has hardly been played, there are no scratches, it plays well, no jumps or skips, sounds good.
The inner cover is in good condition but has yellowed with age.
The outer cover is in good condition for its age but the seal has come undone so it opens up(see photograph), it also has some marks and yellowing around the edges as seen in the photos.
