I am not familiar with record gradings - just sending my record collection off to new homes as I no longer have the room to have a record player, having downsized.
Personally, I would describe this record as -
- RECORD CONDITION - Near mint - no scratches, etc. - GATEFOLD
- SLEEVE - Excellent - PLASTIC
- COVER - Very lightest edgewear and some scuffing - TAPING ALONG EDGE OF FRONT RETURN
