I HAVE JUST BOUGHT THE BEST NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL / HEAVY METAL / HARD ROCK COLLECTION I HAVE SEEN IN 35+ YEARS. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM AN INDUSTRY PERSON WHO WORKED IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY BETWEEM THE LATE 70'S AND LATE 80'S SPECIALISING IN ONLY NWOBHM / HARD ROCK / METAL ETC....so keep watching over the next few weeks, as a lot of the items I have for sale never been offered before, most come with letters and promo inserts etc....

This is a UNIQUE UNRELEASED ONE SIDED PORTLAND RECORDING STUDIOS ACETATE OF A PRAYING MANTIS unreleased track from around 1983, ORIGINAL PORTLAND STUDIOS ACETATE AND A MUST !!!
This is the ACETATE for an UNRELEASED PRAYING MANTIS track "GIVE ME A REASON (FINAL MIX)" from around 1983. DON'T MISS ON THIS ORIGINAL UNRELEASED ONE SIDED PRAYING MANTIS ACETATE.
This is ONE ACETATE that was sent to a radio station around 1983, no more then a handful of these were made !!!
As you can see the labels and original sleeve have suffered from damp and water damage but the playing surface was professionally cleaned and IS BETTER THEN AVERAGE acetate.
The ORIGINAL ACETATE SLEEVE is falling apart and only included as a bonus and because of the hand stamped PRAYING MANTIS LOGO and the HAND WRITTEN INFORMATION on it.
I have seen on line that this track was available on a rare compilation CD of PRAYING MANTIS demos, but I think that this is an UNRELEASED DEMO VERSION as the DEMO VERSION on the CD is times at 3'29" and this version is timed at 2'40" even more special !!!
The ACETATE was pressed in 1983 on PORTLAND RECORDING STUDIOS.
The songs are: GIVE ME A REASON (FINAL MIX).
Although the label and sleeve suffer from damp / water damage this ACETATE was only played once and is in much better condition then most acetate I have seen over the years and the condition of the ACETATE (playing surface) is in VG++ (above average condition for an acetate, playes great with minor crackle), LABELS as you can see are in damaged condition from damp and water, and the ORIGINAL ACETATE SLEEVE is only included as a bonus and is very fragile and crumbaling.

DON'T LET THIS RARE PRAYING MANTIS UNRELEASED ACETATE single get away as you will NEVER see another one.
