The labels on this variant have left-aligned track titles.
On Side A the track titles are in all capital lettering. On Side B only the first letters in the track titles are capitalized.

Embossed cover. Seven Churches in black letters on front.
On the cover's spine, the word "Churches" is still misspelled as "Curches", just like the covers on the green label press.
