Description
PLACEBO '1973' LP - original Dutch pressing on Columbia Records 'made in Holland' from 1973. (matrix no. S65683) As far as I know, this official pressing is the only mastered version from the original tapes. The quality Counterpoint reissue was mastered off these pressings.
Features the classic drum and synth groove of Balek. However, the whole album is top draw.
This copy looks exceptional and plays clean. Vinyl is VG++ (Unless new and unplayed I do not grade records this old mint or near mint hence the conservatively graded VG++ ). Gatefold cover is VG+ - has a small sticker on back cover in top left hand corner as pictured. Both labels are clean as pictured in original inner sleeve. Also have Marc Moulin's original 'Sam Suffy' LP for auction this week as well as more decent Euro Jazz Funk.
Vinyl is VG++ / Cover is VG+
