A completely reborn new version of "Depression" released in 1987 by David Gilmour remixed from the original master tape. In addition, in some of the songs played by session musicians, the keyboard was replaced with the one played by Richard Wright, and the drums were also updated by Nick Mason. The drums and keyboards are more prominent than the previous ones, and the electric sound peculiar to the 80's that was felt at the beginning of the release has been wiped out, and this is a deep space called Pink Floyd.
"Depression" is Pink Floyd's 13th work, the first album as a new Pink Floyd work released after Roger Waters left, and "Depression" produced mainly by David Gilmour. The familiar melody lets you hear the whole soundscape. The chart action of "Depression" is No. 3 in the US and No. 3 in the UK. Hipgnosis's Storm Thorgerson is in charge of the artwork, and the front cover was actually shot with more than 800 beds lined up on the coast in Thornton Sands, Devonshire, England. Another version is used for this work. (Sold separately from The Later Box)
