Vinyl - EX+/NM
Both vinyls look and play Ex+ if not better with just a few light hairlines under bright light but with no effect to play at all. Still retains a strong shine/gloss across all four sides. Top audio from start to finish, I would say it's had just one or two plays max, absolutely superb condition.
Sleeve - NM
Laminated gatefold sleeve is in just superb condition. Looks like it was made yesterday, just incredible. Look at the opening edges, they are razor sharp like they were cut from the press 5 mins ago. The spine is straight without any crushing or damage to the text. Very little to no storage wear, remarkable. Super straight edges. No rips or splits whatsoever.

Clean and bright white labels look untouched.
