PINK FLOYD The Final Cut ROCK Vinyl LP 1st Press 1st Variant A1/B2 HARVEST 1983.
Set against a backdrop of the recent Falklands War, Pink Floyd's 1983 masterpiece perfectly captures the mood of early 80's Britain. Centred around unused material from The Wall, it was the last Floyd album to feature founding father Roger Waters.
VINYL: Generally very clean and glossy - only a handful of non-feelable hairlines (under light). A light crackle can be heard during quieter passages but it does not distract from the overall enjoyment of the music. In my opinion it is at the top end of VG. This was the very earliest version of this record to be released.
LABEL: Excellent condition - no writing or marks.
Comes with black EMI inner sleeve.
SLEEVE: This copy was bought off a radio DJ in the 80's - he cut the top right hand corner of the front cover to gain easier access to the vinyl whilst presenting (see picture). There is also a small thumb shaped crease next to it (see picture). The rest of the sleeve is in excellent condition. The spine has a few minor scuffs but still looks great. Part of the original hype sticker still on sleeve.
This record has been play tested, honestly described and carefully graded.
