Description
This first press of The Final Cut (A1/B2) has been extremely well looked after. This copy (with the original sticker on the front cover) is in superb condition and under a bright light the I can only detect two faint hairlines on Side One and one on Side Two. It has hardly been played, perhaps two/three times and is almost of "new" quality. It is also still kept in its original black polyliner sleeve, this is quite rare as often you see that it has been replaced.
The gatefold cover is in excellent condition with only mild wear. The opening edge is very clean and it still retains a strong thick spine that is 100% legible. There are two faint indented lines on the front cover where something was resting upon it and a couple of small marks on the reverse. It really is in wonderful condition for 31 years old and I repeat is a genuine UK first press A1/B2!!
Without doubt this is one of the best copies of this classic LP I have seen.
The vinyl I would grade as Near Mint
The gatefold cover is Ex+
The polyliner sleeve is Ex+ (no rips or tears)
The labels are Near Mint

ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS. THE RECORDS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE COVER AND PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE, AND THEN PLACED INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.
