1st US issue has textured "Four-eyed can opener face cover" on both sides and not glossy.
1st US issue with text around bottom edge of label starts at 8 o'clock and says:
"MFD by Capitol Records, Inc. a Subsidiary of Capitol Industries, Inc. U.S.A. (R) Capitol Marca Reg. US Pat: No 2.631.859".
Credit for "Remember a Day" and "Paint Box" is "Richard Wright" (not Rick Wright as noted on the Side 1 label T4 and T5).

Record surface is bright and glossy with faint sleeve marks and a couple long very light superficial hairlines on that DNAP. Plays crisp and loud with minimal background or surface noise and occasional light crackle during quiet sections.
Sleeve Grading: (VG/VG+)
Sturdy fully intact textured sleeve cover has no signs of storage or shelf wear except 2 cover peel spots on bottom front, ring and bottom corner wear.
