Description

PINK FLOYD : RELICS
This is the very first pressing of 'Relics' on the blue Starline label with matrix numbers A1/B2
Visual grading
Under a strong light the vinyl is in very good condition with some light hairlines and a couple of light marks on Side Two.
Play grading
'Arnold Layne' does play with some crackle but in my opinion doesn't detract from the audio.  The remainder of the side generally plays with excellent audio with only light static here and there.  There are no skips or jumps.
'Julia Dream' on Side Two plays with light crackle again but still plays well.  '..Eugene' and 'Cirrus Minor' play with similar crackle but very clearly.  'The Nile Song' and 'Biding My Time' play extremely well with very little interference.  'Bike' ends the side with clear audio but a little static again.        Cover
The textured cover is in excellent condition.  It only has a little handling wear and overall the edges are very clean.  There is just minimal wear on the top edge.  The thin pinched spine is in superb shape and remains 100% legible.  Considering how 'white' this cover is it remarkably free of any marks etc.  There are just absolute minor age related marks in a couple of places.  The reverse side is also extremely clean.  There is a little rubbing on the top and bottom of the opening edge but again only minor.
Inner sleeve
This comes complete with the original Starline sleeve which is in superb condition with no rips or tears.
Labels
The labels are in excellent shape with only a little spindle wear and no writing.

Play tested on my Technics SL-J110R turntable system

I ONLY SEND ITEMS TO ITALY, RUSSIA AND SOUTH AMERICA "SIGNED FOR" AS TOO MANY ITEMS GO MISSING AND COSTS AN ADDITIONAL £6.00.  PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU AGREE WITH THIS.

I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE COSTS IF MORE THAN ONE ITEM IS WON / DOUBLE LPs COUNT AS TWO RECORDS.

ALL RECORDS ARE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED IN STRONG MAILERS WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS.  THE RECORDS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES TO AVOID CUTTING THROUGH THE COVER AND PUT INTO A SEPARATE SLEEVE, AND THEN PLACED INSIDE A PVC SLEEVE.

I WILL LEAVE FEEDBACK AS SOON AS I RECEIVE FEEDBACK - SO I KNOW THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED SAFELY AND THAT YOU ARE HAPPY WITH IT :-)

In the coming weeks and months I will be putting plenty of Queen, Pink Floyd, Genesis and Marillion items on the site so please keep a look out!  Many thanks.  Please look at my other items on now!
