  • PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN - PINK FLOYD

     LP - MONO 1ST PRESSING - RARE!!!

    PLEASE read through this description carefully.
  • ·         This is a very rare LP by Pink Floyd - "Piper At The Gates Of Dawn"
  • ·         ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Blue/Black Columbia label.
  • ·         Pink Floyd’s first LP, and the only one made under Syd Barrett's leadership.
  • ·         Disc is in excellent condition.
  • ·         Original first issue, August 1967.
  • ·         Sleeve does not state ‘File under Pop’ as later pressings do.
  • ·         Inner sleeve is the original, featuring EMI artists, Yardbirds, Beatles, Hollies, etc.
  • ·         The letters K and T are adjacent to the spindle hole.
  • ·         Code on run-out is XAX 3419-2 (side one) and XAX 3420-2 (side two).
  • ·         ‘1’ at 9-o’clock position on run-out.
  • ·         Very slight spindle marks
  • ·         One minor scuff, otherwise immaculate, plays perfectly.
  • ·         Cover is in excellent condition (see photos)
  • ·         SX 6157 serial number.
