Description
UK 1970 pressing. Columbia 'box' logo with 'Made in Great Britan' at 6 o'clock.
Vinyl 'VG-' overall. There is a significant mark on side 2 during 'Interstellar Overdrive' but I cannot hear it (using a SL 1210 / AT95E). There are however quite a few other small/light marks on the vinyl and spindle marks and there is some light crackle or a few light ticks here and there.
Sleeve 'VG'. See pictures. This is an early sleeve with flipbacks on 3 sides - I think it is the same as the one used for previous pressing using the blue/black Columbia label. At the bottom right-hand corner flip-back, it still says 'SX 6157 / SCX 6157' - so this sleeve was manufactured when there was still a mono issue, before the change to the 'box' logo.
The front looks really nice and fresh with almost no creasing. The back does have some discolouration from sellotape (now removed). All 3 edges are in nice condition with no splits or obvious wear at all. The bottom corner looks like it has taken a bump - see pictures. The spine is in nice condition and clearly legible - see pictures. Only at the bottom corner does it show wear.
I grade according to the UK 'Record Collector' grading system.
