PINK FLOYD - PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN LP
mega rare uk 1st pressing on the Columbia label SX 6157, 1967, MONO
Both labels have the sold in uk text & gramophone co rim text.
comes with front laminated tri-flipback Ernest j day sleeve without the file under text on upper flipback.
earliest matrix numbers XAX 3419 - 2. XAX 3420 - 1.
earliest stamper codes 1G. 1G.
very rare lp what makes this even rarer is its MONO which is more rarer than the stereo version & this,
is a factory sample making it incredibly hard to find & a ultra rare lp.
record still has a nice glossy look to it with lots of light marks & sounded excellent throughout,
& was mostly quite in between tracks, just a little occasional light background noise,
just 1 problem side 1. track 2. it did get stuck a very light touch moved it on apart from that sounded excellent,
labels - crisp & clean no writing / bad marks ect some very light spindle marks EX+.
inner sleeve not the original one i think.
sleeve - front is EX back as you can see from pictures little grubby & has a name left side.
spine is EX firm & fully readable.
