Description

PINK FLOYD PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN 1967 UK STEREO. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter.
A nice original stereo original lp, Black label with blue Columbia logo SCX 6157, matrices YAX 3419-1/3420-1. On side 2 label track one, Interstellar Overdrive, occupies only one line for title and credits, which makes it a 1st pressing. There are no KT stamps on the labels. Plays very well, only light occasional surface noise. Only a few light marks on the vinyl. Easy vg plus, near ex.
The cover is also very decent, a few creases to the laminated front, some darkening on the edges of the flipbacks and a little corner wear but overall great condition for its age. The spine is readable, no writing etc. The top flipback is blank, suggesting it is a first edition, but the catalogue number is given as SX 6157, which makes it a mono sleeve. I have no idea how this might have happened.
Nevertheless both lp and cover, and the cream EMI inner sleeve are all in very good, near ex shape.
