Description

Hello,

I am selling one of my rare Pinky Floyd albums in order to finance upgrading my Krautrock Collection.

PINK FLOYD - OMAYYAD (US 1972)

Cover – The cover to this album is in NEAR MINT condition. The spine and edges are unmarked with very minor corner wear on two corners. Still protected within its original polythene cover. The original 'Trade Mark Of Quality' sticker is on the top left of the front cover.

Vinyl – The coloured red vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition with no visable marks or scratches. The red vinyl has black smoky flecks within it.

Label – The label amazing has a little knick on side one. This small part of the label has been moulded within the vinyl during manufacture. On side 2 there are a few speck on red dye on the label also done during manufacture.

Extra’s - The orginal inner sleeve is NEAR MINT.

The INSERT slip is on the original thin green paper. This is also unmarked.

    Grading Guide

In order to assist all fellow ebayers bidding on records the seven standard categories and description of what each one means are listed below :

Due to the vast quantity of records that I intend to sell over the next few months, it is impossible to test play every record. All records have been visually graded using extracts from the Rare Records Guide.

    MINT

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

    EXCELLENT

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little listening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

    VERY GOOD

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

    GOOD

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

    FAIR

The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

    POOR

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

    BAD

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collector filler.

    Returns Policy

I offer a no nonsence 100% returns policy. I am only human and mistakes can be made. Please contact me by email within 7 days of receiving the record/records and a full refund will be given on return of the record. I try my best to please all fellow ebayers and due to the vast amount of grading standards on offer I will not list a record Near Mint unless it really is Near Mint. As a Record Collector myself I am often conservative with my grading so all customers are happy with their purchase.
