Description
This is an auction for a LP by Pink Floyd, Off The Wall, Special Radio Construction
This was released by Columbia Records in 1979 and has catalogue number AS736. This was pressed in the US and is a demonstration and promotional record. Please check the pictures for clarification.
Condition:The sleeve has some very light discolouring and buffing to the corners only. Spine & Edges ex, no tears, bends or creases, mouth fine with no fingering indentations, a nice sleeve and strictly graded at VG+.
This did not have an inner but because of the card US sleeve I have added one to prevent any more scuff marks.
Both labels look clean and brand new, Under closer examination I can see perhaps one tiny spider spindle trail on each side. The centre hole is perfect and shows no signs of wear.
The vinyl retains its new shine, Under closer examination lote of very light scuff marks can be seen, no doubt caused by the harsh US sleeve. I have given this a play and theabove mentioned marks are non-audible. I did hear a few very quiet crackles in places and would put this down to dust as this could do with a clean. It has some very light dust patches, again probably caused by not having an inner. This plays with very little lessening in sound quality with perhaps the potential to upgrade when cleaned.
The vinyl for this is graded at VG+ despite probably being only played once or twice, down-graded for the surface marks.
A fine collectable.
