Description
This is the 1980 MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB LIMITED NUMBERED EDITION HALF-SPEED MASTERED issue of the popular 1971 psychedelic masterpiece LP titled 'Meddle' from the legendary Pink Floyd. It is Mobile Fidelity catalog number 1-190, with a sticker on the back cover bearing Limited Edition number 0840. I have determined the opening bid price of this LP from a composite of recently completed eBay auctions of this LP. Record was plated and pressed on High Definition Super Vinyl by Victor Company Of Japan, Ltd.Record comes packaged in its original cover, with its original rice paper dust-free inner sleeve and its original cardboard inner liner with information about Mobile Fidelity products. Two original inserts are also included - one with the MFSL Original Master Recording LP catalog current to March 1980, and another that was to be returned to MFSL in the event of a defective LP with a user questionnaire describing the defect. Tracks: One Of These Days, A Pillow Of Winds, Fearless, San Tropez, Seamus, Echoes. Visual condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. The only flaw worth mentioning is an extremely minute and almost nonexistant miniscule warp near the outer areas of the LP which is invisible looking at the record on edge, which only becomes apparent with the extremely slight and barely noticeable upward motion of the tone arm when the record is played, and which has absolutely no effect on play. Condition of cardboard inner liner is VG++ with the slightest signs of use. Condition of cover is also VG++, with the only real flaw being a little wear along the edges and at the corners. There is no writing, splits, tears, or stickers. A prime rare limited addition to your Mobile Fidelity or audiophile classic rock record collection! E-mail me for other specific information.
