Description

I'm listing this as used solely in deference to its' age which is probably 1980 as shown on the label? Correct me if wrong.......
Being a US issue the cover is of the stiff card type of course. Has a shiny front and back with no seam splits, rips or tears. Evidence of sticker backing residue on the front top left. The spine shows a hint of wear and there is ringwear plus creases on the two bottom corners. Note the spine gives the record number as HC 33453 yet the labels give HC 43453. The rear says there is enclosed info regarding this Mastersound recording but it's missing. Overall I give the cover a 7.5/10 rating.
The red labels show no sign of having been placed on a turntable and the paper tear and creases shown by the photos are purely due to the manufacturing /pressing process. Matrix numbers are HAL-43453-3G T2 for side 1 and HAL-43453-3AD T for side 2. Note all are machine etched except the T and T2 inscriptions which are hand written. Also on side 1 it shows 'COLUMBIA NY'.
The disc is flat and shiny but shows paper scuffs as to be expected being 30 years old and I rate the vinyl 9/10.
Typical of audiophile issues is the inner sleeve which takes the form of a double-vinyl lined sleeve with paper back.
