On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pink Floyd called 'Dark Side Of The Moon' and is a MEGA rare 1973 UK Stereo 'Earliest' 1st Pressing on the 'SOLID Blue Triangle' 1st Press Harvest label!!!! THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST POSSIBLE PINK FLOYD LPS - AND IS VERY HARD TO FIND ON THIS 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS LABEL!!!!  IT IS ALSO 100% COMPLETE!!!! ONLY THE VERY 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP HAD THIS DISTINCTIVE 'SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE' ON THE LABELS - AND THIS WAS VERY QUICKLY CHANGED TO THE COMMON 'TRANSPARENT' TRIANGLE ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS.  BECAUSE OF THIS - THIS 1ST PRESSING WITH THE 'SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE' ON THE LABEL - IS MASSIVELY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! 

THESE EXTREMELY RARE 1ST PRESSINGS WITH THEIR DISTINCTIVE LABELS - ALSO HAVE SOME VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES WHEN COMPARED TO LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  FIRSTLY THE COVER IS FACTORY SEALED AT ONE END (SEE PICTURE) - AND THIS IS A 'PROPER' FACTORY SEAL WITH THE END OF THE COVER 'FOLDED INSIDE ITSELF' (SEE PICTURE) AND NOT JUST GLUED TOGETHER.  SECONDLY THESE RARE 1ST PRESSINGS HAVE A DISTINCTIVE 'DIE CUT' POLY LINED MATT BLACK INNER SLEEVE - WITH THE 'PATENTS' TEXT AND 'MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' TEXT IN SILVER PRINT.  NATURALLY (BEING THE 1ST PRESS LABELS) THE EDGE OF THE LABEL ALSO HAS THE EARLIEST 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT AND THE RECORD IS PRESSED ON THICK QUALITY VINYL.  THIRDLY THE COVER ALSO HAS ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 'PINK FLOYD - DARK SIDE OF THE MOON' STICKER ON THE COVER FRONT!!!!   THIS IS CLEARLY THE VERY EARLIEST 1ST PRESS STICKER TOO (SEE PICTURE) - AS IT IS A LIGHTISH BLUE IN COLOUR - WHEREAS LATER ONES WERE MUCH DARKER.   IT IS INCREDIBLY RARE TO FIND THIS 1ST PRESS STICKER STILL IN PLACE ON THE COVER - AS MOST OF THESE EARLIEST 1ST PRESS STICKERS GOT 'PEELED'!!!!  

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS 1ST PRESSING HAS ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS POSTERS AND 1ST PRESS STICKERS!!!!  WHILST IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TELL A GENIUNE 1ST PRESS SET OF POSTERS (AS ALL LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME) - IT IS VERY EASY TO TELL A GENIUNE 1ST PRESS SET OF STICKERS - AS THEY ARE A 'LIGHTER' COLOUR AND HAVE A DISTINCTIVE MANUFACTURER (ON THE REVERSE OF THE STICKERS - SEE PICTURE)!!!!  IF YOU LOOK AT MY PICTURES - YOU CAN SEE THE COLOUR OF THE STICKERS IS QUITE 'LIGHT' IN COLOUR AND THE STICKERS ALSO HAVE A MORE 'MATT' LOOK TO THEM (LATER STICKERS ARE MUCH MORE 'GLOSSY').  THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO IDENTIFY 1ST PRESS STICKERS IS THAT THE BACK OF ALL 1ST PRESS STICKERS ARE 'WHITE' AND WERE MADE BY A COMPANY CALLED 'FASPRINT'.  LATER STICKERS ARE MADE BY DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS - AND QUITE OFTEN HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOURED REVERSE (OFTEN LIGHT BROWN, OR GREY).  I CAN ALSO SAY WITH CERTAINTY THAT THE POSTERS ARE 100% ORIGINAL TO COVER TOO - AS THIS LP CAME FROM A DOMESTIC PRIVATE COLLECTION WHICH HAD CLEARLY ONLY EVER HAD 1 OWNER FROM NEW!!!!  AND LASTLY THIS LP ALSO HAS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS MATRIXES - ENDING IS A-2 B-2!!!!  

BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS RECORD PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  IT IS EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND A 1ST PRESS RECORD THAT PLAYS AS WELL AS THIS ONE DOES!!!!  MOST 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE BOUGHT BY FANS EAGER TO HEAR PINK FLOYD LATEST LP - AND WERE OFTEN MUCH MORE HEAVILY PLAYED THAN ALL LATER PRESSINGS.  HOWEVER IT WAS GREAT TO FIND THAT WHEN I LISTENED TO THIS LP - IT PLAYED FANTASTICALLY WITH SUPERB SOUND!!!! THIS IS THE VERY EARLIEST 1973 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP AND IS EXTREMELY RARE TO FIND COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS BLACK GATEFOLD 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' COVER, 1ST PRESS BLACK POLY LINED INNER SLEEVE, 1ST PRESS A-2/B-2 MATRIXES, 1ST PRESS POSTERS, 1ST PRESS STICKERS, 1ST PRESS LABELS AND 1ST PRESS RECORD!!!!  THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS GROUNDBREAKING LP!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Harvest UK 1st pressing from 1973 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SHVL 804 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE 'custom' Harvest label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Pink Floyd at their best!!!! Any fan of Pink Floyd, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The all important MEGA RARE 'Solid Blue Triangle' 1st Press record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition and plays BRILLIANTLY!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 TINY hairline, 2 or 3 NON sounding light scufflines, 2 careless fingernail type scufflines (again 100% NON sounding) and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  This record still looks SUPERB and retains ALL the shine and lustre of a Mint record - and though the 2 careless fingernail type scufflines mentioned above are visually noticeable (but NOT terrible, and certainly NOT deep) - they are 100% COMPLETELY NON sounding!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays EVEN BETTER than the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only 4 or 5 VERY light pops on 'Breathe In The Air' (which is a VERY loud track - so these barely detract AT ALL), NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  This record plays with AWESOME sound quality with CRYSTAL CLEAR music signals, NO distortion, and NO groovwear!!!!  The record must grade visually Very Good+ - with the playing grade is better still!!!!  THIS RECORD PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL Black 'Poly lined' inner sleeve - which is in STUNNING 'unsplit' condition!!!! THE 2 POSTERS AND 2 STICKERS ARE IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  The Black Gatefold 'Garrod & Lofthouse' ('Factory Sealed At One End') 1st Press Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (MEGA rare on this cover), barely ANY creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing and barely ANY rubbing!!!! There is NO rips, NO tears and NO staining!!!! The cover must grade Excellent (Minus) if not better!!!!  THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE 1973 STEREO 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING AND VERY HARD TO FIND WITH THESE MEGA RARE LABELS!!!!  IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP THAT PLAYS THIS WELL - AND THE COVER, STICKER, INSERTS AND INNER ARE IN STUNNING CONDITION!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
