This magnificent record comes with:
1) A 1-page insert about 4 channel records in Black and White.
2) A 32-page booklet.
Golden OBI with title and catalog number.
Labels: Black label with solid light blue prism and a Channel 4 logo.

The text around the bottom half of the label starts at 10 o'clock states:
