This box set is rare.

This UK collection of the first eleven Pink Floyd albums (Piper through to Animals) was released in July 1979 and limited to 1000 copies worldwide. The set includes a picture disc of Dark Side of the Moon which is unavailable elsewhere.

Dark Side Of The Moon (SHVLP 804): Picture disc unavailable elsewhere. Includes extras: poster of band members (excellent condition) and two "crack and peel" stickers (one excellent condition, the other good apart from slight staining). Please note: Second poster of blue pyramids (originally packaged with this LP) is missing.

Wish You Were Here (SHVLP 814) Includes postcard (mint condition). Please note: This IS the original LP I got with the box set (originally it was shrinkwrapped but has been opened). However, officianados will know that this version of WYWH should have been a picture disk. This box set (which I bought myself from new), for whatever reasons, never included the picture disk.

Animals (SHVL 815)

These discs have never been played and are in excellent/mint condition. All covers are generally excellent. Defects listed below. These LPs would have been taken out of the box perhaps less than 10 times over the last 27 years.

Defects: There are some minor cosmetic defects:

Wish You Were Here: Bottom of inner sleeve. Small split. Slight discolouration on sleeve due to original black shrinkwrap.

Main box sleeve: some wear and tear/fraying on edges - photo shows worst damage on underside.

Slight wear and tear on edges of DSOTM and Animals - see photo.
