Complete with OBI strip and inserts(a paper and a booklet) in the gatefold sleeve.
This is 4channel RM sound recording.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan now.

Catarog# EOZ-80008

Sleeve is in EX+ condition.
Disc is in EX+/EX+(Side A/B) condition.
OBI has some marks by the ages.
