1. Generally you can expect an email within one US business day after lot close. Your response should include: name, address, insurance if desired, choice of shipping and any special requests.
2. Your response to the invoice and your expected method of payment is expected within 4 US business days. At that time a follow-up email is sent every other US business day for 4 days until your response or lack thereof. Your lack of response results in notification of Ebay the next US business day re: your non-paying bidder status.
