PINK FLOYD, ANIMALS, DUTCH HARVEST VINYL LP, REISSUE, PSYCH/PROG ROCK, EX VINYL

Pink Floyd – Animals (12” LP)

Pink Floyd evolved from an earlier rock band, formed in 1965, which was at different times called Sigma 6, The Meggadeaths, The Architectural Abdabs, The Screaming Abdabs, and The Abdabs. When the band split up, guitarists Rado ‘Bob’ Klose and Roger Waters, drummer Nick Mason, and wind instrument player Rick Wright formed a new band called Tea Set. After a brief spell with a lead vocalist named Chris Dennis guitarist and vocalist Syd Barrett joined the band and it was Barrett that came up with the name Pink Floyd (after two blues musicians, Pink Anderson and Floyd Council).

Condition: (as Record Collector’s grading system)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (has the odd very light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (has the odd very light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way, plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Cover (glossy, gatefold): very good (some corner and edge wear, surface tears on centre of top and bottom edges [doesn’t go all the way through so not really splits!], a few small light edge creases, the odd small mark here and there.
Comes with the original inner sleeve in good condition - splits on centre of all edges!
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record on its return.
Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. Payment strictly by PayPal only. Postal discounts available for multiple purchases - Please email for details.  1516 (GS 9.3 (1516))
