PINK FLOYD: A Saucerful Of Secrets, UK Columbia STEREO SCX 6258 1st pressing LP, 1968. Superb copy here, disc is graded MINT-, comes from a collection of barely played LPs, this has been played 1-2 times I believe. Superb mark-free surfaces, one side has a hard-to-see, faint & short hairline, only visible when you angle the LP into strong light – that’s how clean and nice this copy is! Strong MINT- visually. Plays superbly Nr MINT with exceptional sound, has only the odd tic that impossible to avoid on this LP. Overall the sound is superb with great dynamics and clarity. Great looking, great playing copy. -1, -1 matrixes. Mother/stampers: 1 G, 1 R. One of the earliest ever pressed! Labels are nearly perfect with 1 faint spindle mark per side, showing how little this was played. Cover is stunning MINT(-), but has a barely visible ‘purchase date’, hard to see if you’re not looking for it. See pics. Has the orig paper innerbag in perfect condition (will be shipped in seperate polyinner, of course). GOOD LUCK BIDDING...
GRADINGS
I have ten years of experience of selling vintage vinyl. I aim at selling top quality LPs only. Gradings are on the M/ EX/VG+/VG scale. I will rarely I sell LPs less than VG+, unless of considerable rarity.
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
There's no guessing about condition from visual look. The visual look of a record is very important, but it only tells part of the truth. Therefore I playgrade and carefully check all my offered LPs.
SHIPPING
I ship in strong, brand new cruciform shipping boxes with padding inside. The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit. IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
The shipping qoutes? Use shipping calculator. Shipping prices are set for each LP individually, set somewhat below actual shipping cost for as single LP due to the steep prices in the danish postal system. If you buy an expensive LP, 100+ GBP, I'll in most cases require 'registration' of parcel, and this costs 8 GBP extra.
If you buy multiple LPs, wait for invoice, I'll adjust the total shipping amount accordingly.
