PIL - Metal Box

 


Virgin Metal 1 - original 1979 1st press triple LP, including all printed inserts and paper dividers, all in  Superb Condition. 


Originally released as "Metal Box" in 1979 by Virgin Records (containing three 12" 45rpm records), it was deleted from the catalogue on 23 November 1979 after an initial release of 60,000 units, then re-issued on 22 February 1980 as "Second Edition", a double LP packaged in a more conventional gatefold.


Please look at the photos  taken which shows what Great Condition this Boxset is in.


The tin has some  light tarnishing, but no rust or dents. An excellent example, and nowadays these don't come up very often in this Condition.


The Records play like new and apart from a very light scratch on one and a light mark on another are in Superb Condition
