Priority Air Mail is not traceable. The only thing I can do is provide a picture of the pack regularly liberated at the post office, with your address. We have already sent all over the world with this method and all shipments are completed successfully but the seller cannot guarantee so we cannot accept complaints about problems with this option. Registered Air Mail is also not completely traceable, but obiviously faster and safer. For this option the seller assumes the responsibility and offers a refund in case of (improbable) damaged or loss shipment. Both shipments are planned in a proper and solid with plenty of packing cartons.
