PICCADILLY PLAYERS Breakaway 78 Edison Electric thin needle type pre-war jazz Shipping Info Description Rare pre-war 78 rpm 10" jazz record: PICCADILLY PLAYERS - BREAKAWAY b/w MAYBE-WHO KNOWS? - Edison Needle Type Electric 14036 (a rare thin Edison disc - these has laterally-cut grooves and were only produced for a few months in 1929, followed by Edison getting out of the phonograph business). Both tracks feature vocals by J. Donald Parker; band leader is Mel Morris.
Condition: VG+ (shellac stil has some gloss, with some minor scuffing, some soft scratches, some spotting on one side, and a few moderate scratches that I can feel; labels have some minor marks and minor rubbing).
