Here's an original copy of PHOENIX - Mugur De Fluier, originally released 1971 in Romania on Electrecord STM-EDE 0968. The first three Phoenix LPs are members of the european top class when talking about heavy progressive. Simply masterpieces. Unbelievable songwriting, breathtaking musicianships. What we have here is an ultrarare gatefold (and what an amazing magical one!!) first pressing. Almost impossible to find, mint copies are not in existence.

Condition record: g++, it has millions of visual hairlines and paperscuffs from putting it out from the innersleeve.  Several surface marks, nothing what you can feel with your nails. Plays still very nice. As you might know these Electrecord pressings from that time are worldclass. Loud, dynamic, direct...really top. It plays of course with constant background noises and has its clicks. But it is still highly enjoyable because mint copies have not survived. (Seems that Mr.Ceausescu did take more care on the quality of the musicians and the vinyl quality then on cartridges and turntables....). Of course no sticks or jumps and it plays often even to top. 

Condition sleeve: vg+(+),  the more then flimsy gatefold has light spine- and cornerwear. Discreet rubbing/starting ringwear on right bottom of front. A few tiny creases along backspine on back. Several micro pinholes on top and bottom of backspine. The inside of the gatefold would be in unbeatable shape but UNFORTUNATELY tear on top right inside the gatefold. Without that I would grade this bloody piece of thin paper vg++ to mint-(-).
