PHARAOH SANDERS QUINTET "S/T" - original Mono LP - 1965

:: Sought after original mono (yellow label) 'P' pressing of Pharaoh Sanders 1st ever release on ESP - Featuring Stan Foster on trumpet, Jane Getz on piano, William Bennett on bass, Marvin Pattillo on percussion, & Pharaoh wailing on sax - Vinyl is in solid VG+ condition (and is 45 years old!) - Light surface noise and an occasional click here and there - Plays great! - The cover has issues but is still intact - There is minor ringwear - The back of the cover has writing & some discoloration - The seams have seen better days - Most of the seams have been doctored (carefully!) with clear tape - This was done to prevent further splitting &/or fraying - There is a 2" split in the middle of the spine that cannot be taped properly - The cover is assessed a VG- grade based on the level of wear & the fact that it's been salvaged well - This piece is highly collectible - Vinyl is housed in a fresh polylined inner sleeve - Enjoy!
