Description
You are bidding on a lot of 291 33rpm record sleeves. The records and sleeves are the 7" 45rpm size. Some records in the sleeves, some sleeves only and some records only that came from the estate of a gentleman that operated a local vending business that included jukeboxes. These are jukebox records, picture card stock sleeves and are 33 rpm records with most having several song selections on each side. They are produced exclusively for SeaBurg jukeboxes according to the verbiage on the sleeves. There are 170 sleeves only, 6 sleeves with the records inside and 25 records only. They are all vintage. Most appear to be from the 50's & 60's.
Some of the artists represented in this lot are Lou Rawls, Andy Williams, Earl Grant, Dionne Warwick, Della Reese, Louis Armstrong, Bill Black Combo, The Impressions, David Houston, Peggy Lee, Jan Garber, Pete Fountain, Ray Charles, Al Martino, Al Hurt, Frank Sinatra, Tommy Dorsey, Treni Lopez, Nat King Cole, Hank Crawford, Wes Montgomery, Ace Cannon, Billy Vaughn, Floyd Cramer, Sonny James, Billy Taylor, Bobbie Gentry, Glen Campbell, Ray Anthony, George Shearing, Glenn Miller, Jimmy Smith, Milt Jackson, Erroll Garner, Jackie Gleason, Eddy Arnold, Al Martino, The Association, Mills Brothers, Billy Vaughn, BB King, Jim Reeves, Bobby Hackett & Henry Mancini, Teresa Brewer, Frankie Carle and others. Then there are also instrumentals like Bossa Nova, Big Band, Discotheque, Classical & More.
Condition of these records range from good to mint. Most of the records in my opinion are very good but will need cleaning because the boxes they have been stored in for many years were in open topped boxes in storage. Some of the records look new and may never played. There are some obscure labels and artists that I've never heard of as well.
The records & sleeves range from the 1950s - 1960's & are of the genre of that time. There is a huge range of artists & labels represented in this lot but there are a few duplicates.
