Condizioni : la copertina frontalmente laminata e con la sua originale linguetta, si osservi la scansione 2, è in magnifico stato, MINT- / il vinile presenta alcuni segni causati dallo sfregamento con la copertina interna e pertanto del tutto superficiali. L'ascolto non è condizionato da questo difetto se non per un solo soffice click nella terza traccia del primo lato; bello stato, VG++

Condition : front laminated cover has its original tag, look to scan 2. Great condition, MINT- / vinyl with some rather surface scuffing caused by the contact with the inner sleeve. Listening is not affected by this flaw except for only one slightest click in the third track of the first side, VG++

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a turntable Rega Planar 3 with a moving magnet cartridge Grado Statement 1. I listen EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a turntable Thorens TD 166 BC with a MM cartridge Goldring 1006. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : musiche composte da Petula Clark e direzione orchestrale di Tony Hatch. Cinque ottimi brani strumentali che già risentono dei cambiamenti musicali dell'epoca, alludo certo al Beat sound ed anche ai film con agenti segreti. A parte "Théme Petula" che ha un bel carattere romantico in una melodia sinfonica eseguita dall'orchestra oltre alla brevissima "Françoise" con chitarra e orchestra, nelle altre tracce viene fatto ampio uso di organo, chitarra, basso e batteria. In particolare "Blousons Noirs" ci offre la possibilità di ballare lo shake con nelle orecchie il bel frastuono della batteria e le rapide note dell'organo e della chitarra. "Le Trésor" è un particolare brano Beat caratterizzato da un lungo assolo di batteria e presenza di basso e chitarra. "Filature" ha ottimo ritmo con sonorità che ricordano night club e agenti segreti. Infine "Ascenseur", buon tema thriller ben descritto da chitarra, basso e batteria.

Notes : all compostions by Petula Clark, orchestra conducted by Tony Hatch. Five great instrumentals that already affected by musical changes of that era, I am referring of course to the Beat music and also to the sound for secret agents. Except "Théme Petula" which has a nice romantic character on a symphonic melody performed by orchestra as well as the very short track "Françoise" with guitar and orchestra, in the other tracks we find a predominant use of guitar, organ, bass and drums. In particular "Blousons Noirs" offers us the opportunity for dancing the jerk thanks to an exciting drumming and with the brisk sonorities of organ and guitar in the ears. "Le Trésor" is characterized by an excellent drum solo and guitar and bass presence. "Filature" has lively rhythm with sonorities reminding atmospheres of nightclub and secret agents. Finally "Ascenseur", nice thrilling theme well-described by guitar, bass and drums.

Un film poliziesco di produzione Francese. Regia di Charles Gérard, con Françoise Arnoul, Marcel Dalio, René Havard e Petula Clark nel ruolo di sé stessa.
