Description
This is the ORIGINAL (NOT a reissue) Record (NOT a CD) for the 1956, MUSIC FOR THE BOY FRIEND “THE FEMININE TOUCH” (DL 8316). Featuring the art of Bob Petty. Music by Peggy Lee, Jeri Southern, Carmen McRae, Pat Kirby, Joanne Gilbert and Gloria De Haven. In 1956 Decca issued eight compilation LPs under the thematic headings, “MUSIC FOR THE BOY FRIEND” and “MUSIC FOR THE GIRL FRIEND.” each jacket featured an original pinup illustration by George Petty, whose iconic “Petty Girl” graced the pages of esquire magazine.
The VINYL is in NEAR MINT Condition. The Cover is in NEAR MINT Condition with a small ‘wrinkle’ at the bottom. (See photos).
