PETRA - COME AND JOIN US.  1977 Vinyl release.  Myrrh, MSB-6582.  Distributed by Word, Inc.  Original first pressing to vinyl.  Rare.
NOTE:  Originally released in 1977.  In 1985, Word struck distribution deal with A&M Records and project was reissued on vinyl for mainstream market.  In 1995 released on CD by Word and released for mainstream by Epic.  Original Vinyl track order dropped in favor of original 8-track/cassette order.
NOTE:  Band originally wanted to title album "God Gave Rock And Roll To You", but deemed too controversial by Record company.  Band recorded a song called, "Killing The Old Man" for this album but Record company was of the opinion Christian metaphor would be misunderstood.  Never released song and presumed "master tape" of this song "lost".  Re-recorded song in 1981 for "Never Say Die".
