Early 70's singer songwriter on the Columbia label, ES 90202.  Mostly guitar based folk with solid bass playing throughout. This album is in its original shrink that has only a small piece torn.  No ring wear, corners show only slight wear no dents. 

Known to be for some reason the rarest Canadian LP to find. 

I am pulling this sealed copy out of my vault and parting with a great piece of Canadian Music History.
