Description
PETER RADIX morning star 12" Grenada TROPICAL FUNK calypso afro 1983 African Man
PETER RADIX - Morning StarRare original pressing 12-inch from 1983 on WIRL (West Indies Records Ltd.), Barbados (W 186).
Super Caribbean funk with conscious/people power lyrics! Side A is like heavy afro-funk from the Islands, side B on a more of a calypso vibe with a big baseline...
Comes in original picture sleeve with adverts for local businesses on front (including 'Great Kings of Africa' Recording Studios where i presume this record was recorded) and liberating political slogans on rear!
Has original plain paper inner sleeve.
Four tracks:
A1) AFRICAN MAN (5:08)
A2) AFRICAN VERSION (5:10)
B1) GUIDANCE (5:16)
B2) GUIDANCE VERSION (5:18)
Vinyl in excellent+ condition and has hardly been played at all!
Sleeve in excellent condition.
Inner sleeve in excellent condition.
