Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. THE VINYL   MINT-

As you can see, this vinyl is the highly prized 1st 1980 'SOUND CLINIC' ETCHING pressing with the 1ST LABELS (Later presses were the blue charisma label)  - Stored from new this LP has seen TWO PLAYS only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. IT IS SIMPLY IMMACULATE.

This vinyl plays like new- not a crackle of any note in sight!

This  pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are NO spider lines around the centre hole, AND SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE CENTRE HOLE

There are VIRTUALLY NO whisp lines- one tiny hairline on one track that does not sound and thats it-  nothing else! 

ARCHIVED AWAY AS A FILE COPY THIS HAS BEEN PLAYED ONCE MAYBE..AND IS THE CLEANEST COPY WE HAVE SEEN AND AS GOOD AS IT GETS FOR SURE.

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

THE SLEEVE     EX+  RARE STAR STAMPED EXPORT SLEEVE

Correct RARE LOW GLOSS  first UK issued earliest sleeve WITH SQUARE SPINE & THE 'GOLD STAR EMBOSSED STAMPER'   - Most copies you'll see will be glossy thin sleeves, with the round spine.

This stamped sleeve we believe is an export copy, the stars were stamped on them to differ them from the usual copies.. we cannot be 100% sure of this but we have heard this was the case on many late 70s/80s 'over stock'..whereby the sleeves were stamped to sell at reduced costs overseas and indeed here in the UK..

PROUD SPINE IS IMMACULATE WITH JUST SOME TINY SPOTS OF EDGE RUB

The edges have just a couple of tiny spider lines.

No powdery white ringwear, and all edges are super crisp.

JUST the lightest of tip rub & The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition -superb.
