RARE DIRECT TO DISK "SUPER DISK" AUDIOPHILE PRESSING - SD 16615.
Direct Disk Labs, an high-end LP record label, released this half-speed mastered "Super Disk" version cut from the original master tapes. This is an all analog pressing, so no digital technology was used to make it.  The main benefit is this helps transfer more information on to the record.  The half-speed mastering also helps it be a superior quality pressing that delivers an extended dynamic range.  This particular pressing also has a longer version of "Slowburn" (5:16 instead of 4:36) with the song's full band introduction intact.  All other versions have the introduction edited out.  
The LP cover and heavy LP both look to be Mint-.  Side 1, Track 1 has a slight warp that does not affect play.
Also included is the original all clear, thick plastic inner sleeve for extra protection. Hard to believe this Peter Gabriel classic first solo album was first released 40 years ago!
