Description
TITLE/INFO: This ultra rare and very hard to find Beatles' related 45 from 1965 is by the original drummer for The Beatles - who was then replaced by Ringo Starr - and certainly is one nice find for any Beatles collector! This original record on the Mr. Maestro label is entitled "I Can't Do Without You Now/Keys To My Heart" - and is in excellent condition, but please read on and check out the pictures above. Although he was a drummer by trade - and the drums are certainly a part of the songs here - Pete Best does sing both songs on this record! LABEL INFO: This original, and somewhat obscure, Mr. Maestro Label (711) is super clean and nice with no issues at all. I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle which indicates to me that it had very light play at best. VINYL INFO: The record is also primarily shiny, clean, and nice - and again, I don't see any serious flaws to list here either - although if one looks closely enough, there are a few very light, wispy-like, fine lines on either side - none of which have any effect on the record's play, nor much on it's appearance either. PICTURE SLEEVE: There was no picture sleeve made for this record. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this extremely rare and hard to find Pete Best 45 is in super nice shape and would make a nice addition to anyone's Beatles related collection. As always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save on postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time, wait for my invoice (not EBay's), and pay for each item as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 100's more to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are original pressings and in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $5.00 (1st Class or Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation) for the first 45 purchased, and then just $1.50 per 45 after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $22.00 for this 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
