THE RECORD IS IN VG+/VG++ CONDITION WITH AND THE LABELS ARE IN MINT- CONDITION THROUGH THE LABEL.
THE PICTURE SLEEVE IS IN VG+ CONDITION WITH A BB HOLE.
PETE SIGNED THIS IN THE LATE 90'S AT THE BEATLEFAIR IN SAN DIEGO.
