Johannes Brahms: Sonatas for Violin and Piano

Ultra rare german Darnok DF 2032 and DF 2033. Recorded in January 1974.

DF 2032:

• Sonata op. 100 A Major
• Sonata op. 108 D Minor

DF 2033:

• Sonata op. 78 G Major
• Intermezzo F Major (R. Schumann)
• Scherzo C Minor (Allegro)

These are the pieces indicated on cover. Labels have been mixed up at manufacturing these records, so DF 2032 got the label of DF 2033 by the manufacturer, and the other way round (look at the writing on label in the scan). This is typical for the early pressings of these recordings. I'm selling the complete set in one auction, so I don't have to exchange records and labels. You are getting the complete set of two single records and covers, containing the listed music.

Condition Cover: Both covers are in nice shape. Only slightest disturbances in the edges, very fine. Cover DF 2033 shows rests of a price sticker on top.
Condition Records: Both records are obviously scarcely played and in fine shape. On both records is writing on label on one side, stating the right music (see my declaration above and look at the scan). Record with label DF 2032 is perfect NM, no scratches, no hairlines, nothing. Only a little dust. The other record has two hairlines, visible only under strong light, and a bit dirt (I don't have a cleaning machine), M-.

I'm grading serious and in a conservative manner. My gradings are (in descending quality): M, NM, M-, VG+, VG...
