SCOOP RECORDS SC 01/SC 02 (PROMO pressing of US single)
One of the rarest and most desired records in the Northern Soul genre... there hasn't been a copy of this up on eBay since 2010! This San Francisco-recorded gem mixes minor-keyed moodiness (on side A) with more uptempo, wistful-yet-danceable sentiments on the flip. What's not to love? You know you want this record. Only one of you out there is gonna get it... but bid away!
Here's a direct-from-disc medley of both sides (about a minute each of this rarity)...
CONDITION:
VINYL: Pink labels have some light visible discoloration on raised areas. Orange magic marker check to A-side label. All text readable. Disc has good luster and needs a good cleaning to remove paper detritus and some smears and smudges. It has some superficial dings to its pretty surface, but they're in the distinct minority. Nice, bright sound and playback, as you can hear in the above sound samples. It's a very solid, sharp VG++/EX-.
