Title:   “Rendezvous”

 

Label:   CAPITOL.  Label is turquoise with silver text.  First pressing.  Medium thick vinyl.   Catalog number is T 151.   

 

Year:  1955.

 

Note:  This album comes from an extremely well cared-for jazz collection where the original owner cherished his albums, played them once or twice at most, and stored them under optimal conditions.  These are some outstanding opportunities for the discriminating collector who insists on top condition.

 

Condition: 

 

DISC:  Vinyl is gorgeous NM-, a beauty!  The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster, played a small number of times and handled with care.  Plays beautifully with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean and pristine with two or three faint spindle trail marks. 

 

JACKET:   Jacket is EXCELLENT with nice clean front art work.  Minor traces of ring wear just starting to appear at top center.  Seams,  spine, and corners are excellent, with a slight bump at bottom right corner.  Reverse is clean with no writing, stickers, or cutout indications.  A beautiful piece you will never need to upgrade!    

 

Includes original vintage CAPITOL Records factory inner sleeve with correct catalog number T-151 written in hand pencil notation.
