The vinyl includes an original insert. I bought this one a few years ago. Despite it is opened, I have never played it, you can take a look at the images above and see its condition (I had the 'avocado album' as well, which I sold it 2 years ago, and this is the last Pearl Jam vinyl I own).
The vinyl is MINT condition. The cover is nice and glossy.
