Description
PAUL WELLER STANLEY ROAD STUNNING 6 X 7” BOX SET VINYL MOD REVIVAL. Condition is New. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.
You are invited to bid for possibly the best vinyl release ever put out by Paul Weller. The Stanley Road box set is a beauty and all 6 singles contained in it would command very good prices on their own.
The singles are all 1995 GODISCS! releases and are numbered as follows:
Porcelain gods / Woodcutter’s Son 850 072-7
You do something to me / I walk on gilded splinters 850 074-7
The Changingman / Out of the Sinking 850 076-7
Stanley Road / Pink on White Walls 850 078-7
Time passes / Broken Stones 850 080-7
Whirlpool’s End / Wings of Speed 850 082-7
They are all in Mint, unplayed condition. The box is near mint condition with a small crease on the front (just before the W in Weller - see photo) that is not immediately visible to the naked eye and some minor signs of storage wear on the back. I bought this set new a long time ago for a significant sum and have stored them well since that time. The box set was never sealed.
As well as the 6 x 7” singles the box also contains an art card and a glossy booklet with extracts from the then forthcoming book ‘days lose their names and time slips away.’ There are some great photos and stories in the booklet.
My photos aren’t the best and don’t do the whole package justice. It really is a beautiful set.
