On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Paul McCartney & Wings called 'Band On The Run' and is a rare UK 1973 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Custom' Apple label!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A 1ST PRESSING IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION!!!!   AND WHILST RE-ISSUES ARE EASY TO LOCATE - FINDING A GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP 100% COMPLETE AND IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION IS EXTREMELY RARE INDEED!!!!   IDENTIFYING A 'TRUE' 1ST PRESSING IS EASY.  FIRSTLY THE VINYL IS EXACTLY THE SAME THICKNESS AS ANY OF EMIs 1960s LPS - BEING A MASSIVELY THICK QUALITY PRESSING!!!!  SECONDLY THIS LP HAS 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS (LATER PRESSINGS DONT)!!!!  THIRDLY THIS LP HAS A VERY DISTINCTIVE 'PICTURE/LYRIC' INNER SLEEVE - BEING MANUFACTURED WITH 3 CORNERS CUT (LATER ONES ARE DIFFERENT)!!!!  FOURTHLY THE COVER ITSELF HAS 'PLEATED' ENDS TO THE SPINE (LATER ONES DONT) AND HAS THE CORRECT 1ST PRESS 7312 DATE ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER!!!!  AND LASTLY THIS LP IS 100% COMPLETE WITH ITS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS 'POLAROID SNAPSHOTS' POSTER (LATER PRESSINGS DONT HAVE THIS)!!!!  BUT NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN SUPERB CONDITION - AND IT IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND A GENIUNE 1ST PRESSING IN THIS CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE 1973 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'CUSTOM' APPLE LABEL, MEGA THICK QUALITY VINYL, 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PICTURE/LYRIC' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION AS A 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Apple UK 1st pressing from 1973 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is PAS 10007 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Apple label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA faint wispy scufflines (only visible under EXTREME light), and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion, and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Picture/Lyric' inner sleeve which is in AWESOME condition!!!! The inner has NO edge wear, NO tears, NO rubbing, NO fraying to the opening edge, NO ringwear, NO splits, and NO writing!!!!  WHAT AN AWESOME CONDITIONED INNER SLEEVE!!!! The MEGA RARE 'Polaroid Snapshots' Poster is in AWESOME condition and it is doubtful if it has EVER left the cover!!!!  The 1st Press Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, NO rubbing (SERIOUSLY rare on this cover), NO ringwear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO rubbing, NO yellowing and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!! STUNNING COVER!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A 1ST PRESSING IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
