It is the very promo of Paul McCartney - This One (both sides) - 45 rpm - on Capitol Records (7PRO-79700.)      

Looking at the record it appears to me that it is in Near Mint condition and at most can use a gentle cleaning.

All 45 rpm records will be securely shipped

I will combine shipping for all 45rpm records.  The first record will cost $3.75 via USPS Media Mail.  Each succeeding record will only add $.25 more for each one.
