This record is in near mint condition. It has no obvious spindle marks on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs, stickers or other issues. The labels are clean, bright and in really nice condition.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean, have a vivid lustre and show next to nothing in normal light. There is still little evident under bright light and overall the vinyl is in really nice condition.

I play tested the record and it played really well throughout. It lays flat, there is next to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was barely any surface noise and most certainly nothing at all severe. Overall it plays great from start to finish and was a thoroughly enjoyable listen.  

The gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has hardly any wear or rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all clearly legible. There are no tears or pen marks and little to no creasing or grubbiness. Overall the sleeve has minimal wear and is a really fine example. There is however a thin and faint line of 'scuffs/marks' along the far right side of the front. These are not hugely noticeable but can be seen lightly. Due to these it is graded just below NrM at EX+. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.

It includes its original rounded cornered card inner which is in near mint condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks and little to no sign of use or age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white inner to ensure no damage occurs to the original during transit.

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
