We are auctioning this amazing guitar on behalf of a family friend and it was part of his personal collection of Music memorabilia. He runs a very succesful live music venue, in the Midlands,  with an american style diner featuring much of his collection. However he has asked us to auction this item as he would like it to go to a true fan of 'Sir Paul'. "It's way too precious to fix to the walls in the diner" he tells us, and therefore it has sat in his office for over 5 years now without a really good home. He was given the guitar by his best friend and music industry 'big wig', who managed to meet Paul McCartney on many of the shows on this particular tour. (He also had a genuine fully signed 'White Album'..we are STILL working on getting that one!! ha!)

Please understand that this item is the real deal, and we stand by it 1000% so any 'know it alls' who email us with their 'expert analysis' disputing such like, will simply be ignored. sorry!

The guitar was signed on his 'rock n roll' tour where Paul played the Cavern in Liverpool, which was shown on telly.(Dave Gilmour & Pete Wingfield featured in the band too we remember, possibly 2001?)

The guitar is signed in silver pen on the top part of the body and its a superb signature set against the black finish. Simply stunning.

You will see that the last part of the signature has the big 'zig zag' and tail, very typical of his style of signing.

Any serious enquiries, we will divulge a bit more of the information we have on the guitar, and about who the previous owner is, but we dont want to broadcast that here, as its a very personal auction!

The only thing we would say is, you will have to be very careful with this item, as the marker will come off if its rubbed or exposed to any fluids. So we recommend having the item professionally lacquered to keep it safe forever, and therefore making the guitar playable, and cleanable!

For transportation purposes, we will protect the guitars' signature with polythene, and bubble wrap -
